norgren調(diào)壓閥出廠時設置閥芯位置為全開,當有壓流體介質流經(jīng)閥門后,閥后管道內(nèi)壓力慢慢升高到預置調(diào)節(jié)壓力值的同時,介質通過預先安裝在調(diào)壓閥膜片或活塞執(zhí)行機構和閥后管道之間連接的引壓銅管(或不銹鋼管)實現(xiàn)引壓作用,使調(diào)壓閥執(zhí)行機構內(nèi)產(chǎn)生相應的壓力,然后通過和執(zhí)行機構連接的閥桿產(chǎn)生推力來克服閥桿填料摩擦力和調(diào)壓閥彈簧預緊力從而使閥芯產(chǎn)生上下直線運動來控制閥芯的開度以調(diào)節(jié)改變介質壓差和流量,實現(xiàn)調(diào)壓的目的。當閥后介質壓力值升高超過設定調(diào)節(jié)壓力時,執(zhí)行機構產(chǎn)生的下推力增大,閥芯向下直線位移使閥門開度減小,隨之閥后介質壓力相應下降;當閥后介質壓力值減小到低于調(diào)壓閥設定壓力時,執(zhí)行機構產(chǎn)生的下推力減小,閥芯依靠調(diào)壓閥彈簧預緊力產(chǎn)生的向上推力,克服執(zhí)行機構產(chǎn)生的下推力和閥桿摩擦力后,使閥芯向上運動,閥門開度增大改變介質壓差和流量,使閥后介質壓力又向上回升,趨于接近調(diào)壓閥設定壓力值。這樣周而復始,循環(huán)動態(tài)調(diào)節(jié),使調(diào)壓閥zui終實現(xiàn)調(diào)壓穩(wěn)壓作用。
